It has been a fun two days. Thursday morning dad woke me up early because it’s a work day. I start working at 8 am at the Hersheypark campground. Today is my last day for the season. The campground really liked the work I did and said they would be in touch in the spring . How cool! I am hoping they have more hours for next spring. I finished my shift at 12 p m. Dad picked up me and my free slushy. As tradition, I said I wanted to eat at the Hershey Italian Lodge for lunch. Favorite waitress, Staci was our waitress. I ordered my usual. I probably don’t need to tell you my usual is a hamburger, French Fries, and lemonade. Stacie brought me a bowl of pickles. I traded dad some pickles for the croutons on his salad. Then I wanted dessert at home. At home, I grabbed 2 chocolate chip cookies and milk. After working all morning I spent the afternoon relaxing. Printed a lot of stuff and made some movies. Mom had a faculty meeting after school. She didn’t get home until 5:45 pm. On her way home she sent dad a text telling him to make dinner plans. Dad decided we were going to Primanti Brothers for diner. He said something about going there because they have 1/2 priced drinks and that would be a good thing for mom after driving in heavy traffic. Sounds cool. Second hamburger and French Fries for me. I ordered my burger with no onions. Just like I posted the other day, Primanti Brothers onions are charm not secret. I do not like them. My drink was a lemonade of course. I asked for dessert at home. 2 chocolate chip cookies and a glass of milk. I spent the evening watching movies until bedtime.
Friday I slept in a little bit. I woke up around 8:00 am. For breakfast I ate dad’s leftover pizza from last night’s dinner at Primanti Brothers. There pizza is pretty good. Dad told me to pack my DVDs because we are going camping for the weekend!!! Dad spent the morning loading up the camper van. Then off we went to the Thousand Trails Hershey campground. This is not the same campground where I work. It’s pretty crowded here this weekend but we found a good spot. Dad set up camp while I organized my DVDS. We sat outside most of the day. The weather is perfect. There is a big RV show in Hershey starting Wednesday. Our friends from New Hampshire, Scott and Amie, are coming to Hershey for the RV show. They are staying at the same campground. They showed up around 4 o’clock and we hung out with them the rest of the evening. Mom had to work today. She finally arrived around 5:45 pm. We decided to go out dinner. Dad recently discovered that There is a Rotunda Brewing Company in Annville, PA. This place is really awesome. It’s in a old house built in 1789. The food was delicious. I ordered my usual with a lemonade. I noticed dad also ordered my usual. Except he put cheese and mushrooms on his burger. Then I wanted dessert at the camper van. 2 Costco Chocolate Chip cookies and a glass of milk. It was around 8:30 when we made it back to the camper van. Dad started a campfire. I decided to take my dessert and stay inside. Mom said when she checked on me around 10 pm I was sound asleep. Good Night! It was a great day!!! Now you know!
